What are we doing?

The health and safety of our guests is the most important thing.

iEscape Rooms is committed to keeping our guests as safe as possible by following CDC and state regulated guidelines. We will continue to do

so as long as we can provide our guests a safe experience. We will continue

to adjust our operations according to guidelines set forth by public health authorities.

We are currently taking the following preventative actions:

• All of our games are PRIVATE

• Our rooms and our lobby are sanitized between groups

• We are requiring all guests wash their hands before and after their game

• We are providing nitrile gloves to all guests

• We ask that anyone with symptoms or do not feel well to reschedule

Be safe and smart!

We understand the need to be selective in what you do and the exposure you have to others. If you feel safe and want to do something fun outside the house we will continue to provide the safest entertainment possible as long as we can stay open.

FAQs

Are you open?

Yes. We will be open as long as it is safe for our guests and our team. Unplug and unwind if you feel safe in a family friendly, clean environment. Check availability and book your escape here

What are your hours?

We will continue to operate our regular business hours from 12PM - 12AM until told otherwise. We will adjust our hours of operation as the situation surrounding COVID-19 develops.

What are you doing to keep your escape rooms clean?

Your and our team's health and safety is our number one priority. Here is what we are doing:

1. Actively monitoring and following guidelines set forth by CDC, WHO, and local health authorities,

2. Disinfecting props, door knobs, handles, surfaces, and more in our escape rooms and lobby between each game (please excuse any delays you may experience getting into your room),

3. Requiring guests to wash their hands before and after games

4. Asking guests and team members to stay home if they are exhibiting flu-like or cold-like symptoms.

What is your policy on rescheduling games?

Our policy is generally flexible, but we’re making additional short-term adjustments.
